Project Details

OTP Group was looking for another contributor to their internal Design System, which is used on their website and applications.


During my tenure, I was approached with an enticing opportunity to engage in a project that closely aligned with my career aspirations. After thoughtful consideration, I made the decision to pursue this new venture, ultimately departing the company. However I remained committed to delivering impactful results, hopefully managed to bring native development and the existing Design System closer together before my leave.



Responsibilities

  • improve and organize already existing Design System
  • interview internal and external designers for feedback on which elements and UIs are needed, or if extended logic is required
  • promote and educate colleagues on latest Figma features and shortcuts
  • help the creation of new layouts and UIs
  • educate external and internal designers on the design systems logic and it’s usage in different scenarios
  • contact developers to sync their efforts and components with the ones inside the Design System

Outcome / Results

However short was my experience at OTP Group, I’m still happy that I have started and was part of many meetings that organized such a large, already existing Design System and put it on a more collaborative path with not just other designers at the company, but also with a lot more developers.
